HNU family gathered to celebrate the Ash Wednesday at the High School  Gymasium. 

The afternoon mass was presided by no other than Fr. Ruel Lero, Vice President for Academic affairs.  He was joined by other SVD priests.

The celebrant introduced his homily by reciting a funny made poem that talks about people liking him. This has made the Holynamians laugh at their heart’s content.

Afterwards, he emphasized the message of lent. He encouraged evaluation of oneself and one’s relationship to God.

The Campus Ministry-Himig Diwa led the songs during the mass.
